I just discovered some great blog posts by Charlie Crystle, a serial entrepreneur, providing great insight into the process of valuing a startup.

Charlie provides his thoughts on employee options, valuing your startup, how to structure VC funding among other things.

... FWIW I discovered Charlie's blog via an alpha version of my startup software ;)
